ADMIT STUDENT ONE BY ONE PROCESS

NOTE: Only users who have manager and accountant access rights in Educlen can carry out this operation.

In Educlen, students can be enrolled or admitted via one by one process or mass process.

Use one by one process to admit one student at a time as they come to your school.

Thanks Follow the following guidelines:

1. After you’ve logged in, look for STUDENTS on the sidebar. Click on it to launch students related activities.

2. On the new page that loaded, click on ADMIT STUDENT on the horizontal top menu

3. From from the new page that loaded, click on ONE-BY-ONE ADMISSION button to continue.

4. A form will be loaded. Fill the form and click ADMIT STUDENT button.

5. You will be directed to stage two. Here, upload a picture for the student to complete the process.
