HOW TO CREATE AND COMPUTE ASSESSMENT RECORDS WITH ASSESSCORE - STAGE 1

1. While logged into Educlen, locate assesSCORE on the left sidebar. Click it to launch the assessment portal.

2. Click on CREATE button on the page that appears in order to create a file to use for recording each subject.

3. On the page that appears, select desired CLASS and the desired SUBJECT and then click LOAD STUDENTS button.

4. If all the students took part or to take part in the assessment, leave all the students ticked. Otherwise, untick the students who did not take part or will not take part in the assessment (homework, classwork, class test, and exams). Then click CREATE RECORD FOR... button to finish the stage 1.

5. If you teach more than one subject, do the same for other subjects that you teach.

That is it! You can now proceed to stage 2 to compute the assessment data for each student under each subject.
