HOW TO CREATE AND COMPUTE ASSESSMENT RECORDS WITH ASSESSCORE - STAGE 2

1. While logged into Educlen, locate assesSCORE on the left sidebar. Click it to launch the assessment portal.

2. Click on CAPTURE button on the page that appears in order to create a file to use for recording each subject.

3. On the page that appears, select created CLASS, the created SUBJECT, and ASSESSMENT TYPE (classwork, class test etc) from the dropdown menus available on the page and then click LOAD STUDENTS button.

3. On the page that displays, begin to enter the assessment score for each student vertically, that is, one column at a time. Once you have finished computing the data for the column, make sure you click on SAVE button under the column before proceeding to enter data for another column.

4. Repeat same for other assessment types. Once you are done computing assessment scores of the different assessment types for each student, his or her assessment report is automatically ready for printing or downloading.

5. That is it! It is as simple as that! You do the computing while assesSCORE does the processing for you.
